When they said get four in everyday I'm pretty sure this is not what they meant

Nope, that's not some mutant green snot, that's a pea. A pea. Up his nose. And not just a little up his nose, it's way up there. So far up there when I try to squeeze it out it just goes further up. This isn't a new habit for him either. It's been going on for a while and I just can't get him to stop. He is actually proud of himself when he gets something up there.

Note** I did get it out but he didn't learn a lesson, two days later he crammed a broken fruit loop up there.

"Mom!? MOM!? I have something to tell you and it was an accident. I thought that I heard the wind outside but I didn't believe that it was the wind but it was the wind and it was an accident."

Sure Bear, just like chewing up your last two set of blinds was an accident.

Bear: Mom can we go to the store today?

Me: No.

Ugh!

Why? What do you want from the store?

A toy.

Why do you think I would buy you a toy.

'Cause you garage saled almost all most stuff and I don't have nufin to play with.

I love our town. It may be far from our friends and church but it's so quiet and our town is constantly having activities for families. We have recently started taking advantage of these events and I am glad. Recently our at our town center plaza, newly built, they had a tree lighting, the local school choirs singing and the high school band playing. All while we sipped hot chocolate or spiced tea and ate cookies and fudge, all donated by local churches and businesses.
I couldn't get my pictures to come out just right. They either ended up fuzzy or in focus with people with open mouths or closed eyes.
Santa rolled up in a red convertible escorted by a firetruck and an ambulance. We thought for sure that Kati and Bear wouldn't want to see him, and for good reason, and that Timothy would be the one to show them how it's done. Clearly we were wrong. I love that Santa wasn't bothered and just went with it. Besides who can look at that handsome face crying and not cry yourself.
It was so close to having a good picture here. So close. Kati's hair was all tucked into her hood and looking cute, I'm not really sure what happened.

My boys

I just had to share this old picture with you. Brendon's favorite place to be is at Uncle Jason's fishing. He would move out there if he could.
I wish we could own a nice piece of land with a stock tank on it. I might need to rethink that. If we ever did get that I might never see Jeff and Bear again.

I read this yesterday. Oh how I wish I had this mid' 05. I went through that as well but at the time I wasn't aware that is what was going on. I just thought I was a horrible mother. It was one of if not the most dark time of my life. Things were incredible hard. Insufferable. So hard that I can't and won't share everything even to this day because of fear of even more judgment than I received at the time. I commend Tara for having the courage to share her story and in the process help others. I am sure that I will be reading her blog from time to time now. It is always nice to meet other people who have triumphed over similar things as yourself.

I am so glad that I had the Lord and Jeffrey to seeing me through to the other side.
