A play date with Lan

The kids couldn't wait for them to get here and now they can't wait until we go to their house for dinner. The funniest part of the play date was watching Lan try to get inside of Kati's Barbie car to drive it. What a cutie

I almost hate to say it.....

but only out of a smidgen of jealousy; Kati may be his favorite person. At this point to him I may just be the food source that also wipes his bottom. It is so precious to see his face light up when he sees her for the first time in the mornings. On a side note his hand movements seem to be a little more controlled.

What a nerd

Bear was playing in the living room while Jeffrey and I were in our room waiting to wash hair dye out of our hair when we heard him start crying. Jeff went to see what was wrong and he said his leg hurt. Gee, I wonder why

He loves hats

I have been tip-toeing around the house this morning like an idiot. 7:20 has come and gone and Bear is still in bed. 7:20 on the dot every morning he is up and saying is it time to get up yet. I am not tip-toeing to let him get extra rest, this is purely selfish. The hardest part of being a mom of three is getting them in and out of the car and I have even less time to myself. The even less time to myself may sound silly to some but I actually enjoying being alone. So for this morning it is so nice to sit, look at the computer and blogg but I know it won't last for long. Pretty soon my ears will be filled with banging on a door followed by "Is it time to wake up" and "I'm hungry". Gotta love him

Today on The View Barbara Walters said she hoped that no one would question the enlightenment of the Pope. Well Barb, you hoped in vain. You want to know what I think, the Pope is nuts. He has said that you can believe in Creation and Evolution. Excuse me, it is plan and clear the two do not co-exist. The Lord did not create me from a monkey. Genesis 2:7 "the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being." Genesis 2:20 "...But for Adam no suitable helper was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, 'This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman' for she was taken out of man'". NOT MONKEY There I have said my piece.

Just some happenings

I got to go to my first mom's night since Timothy was born and he behaved nicely for me. I had a great time and it was so nice to get out of the house and just enjoy the company of other mom's. I then got another nice treat on Saturday, Jeff watched the kids and I went shopping. Yes, it is possible to go shopping with three kids but when you are looking at clothes it is so nice to not have to stop every two seconds to make sure your kids are right next to you. I found some great sells and bought some dresses so I can actually feel like a girl at church again. And the best treat of all; Jeff gave a testimony at our church banquet last night. He was very nervous since speaking in front of people is not his thing but he did a wonderful job. I am very proud of him. It was nice to hear him share with people just some of the wonderful things God has done in our lives. He could have shared even more blessing from the Lord but I am sure the people didn't want to be there for hours. Great job baby! I am proud of you
